The 20-acre Betts Memorial Park is the gem of the City's system and provides baseball and softball fields, tennis, bocce, pavilion rentals, and beautiful views of the Allegheny River.

COMMUNITY PLAYGROUNDS
The City maintains three community playgrounds:
- For the east: Lacy
- For the north: Beaty
- For the south-west: Crescent
Each is home to the City's Summer Playground Program.

Warren Municipal Pool - C.A.R. Pool
The City's Municipal Pool is open throughout the summer season and is operated by the YMCA of Warren County. Daily passes and season passes are available for purchase for individuals and families. Pool parties are also available and may be scheduled by contacting the YMCA.
PASSIVE PARKS
Whether you're looking for wildflowers, a scenic overlook or a walk along the river, the City's passive park system has something for you. With more than 20 parks throughout the City, we strive to preserve the natural landscape and incorporate some recreational opportunities along the way.

SKATE PARK
We’re stoked to provide a free skate park in the City’s Beaty Park where you can pull a caballerial, airwalk grab or just impress the posers with a sick bail (well, maybe “impress” isn’t the right word). Now, don’t get your bushings in a twist, but there are some rules… but nothing sketchy (and this one is easier to get)… after all, the City paid 175K for you to show us that you’re not a slow learner and so you can rock and roll!
