Police Organization & Records Management
Department Organization
Both a department organizational chart and a department roster are provided. The chart will help to show the “chain of command” while the roster will help you ensure you contact the person who may be able to provide you with the most assistance with your questions.
Accreditation affirms that the City of Warren Police Department strives to meet its mission in the service and protection of our community. Accreditation could not have been achieved without the tireless efforts and dedication of the men and women of the Department. Input from our officers, government officials, and members of our community is valued. The Department is very proud of this award and shares this monumental achievement with our citizens.
Records Management
The Records Department processes over 9,000 reports annually including accidents, citations, criminal cases, and arrest records. Additionally, all evidence collected as part of an investigation is processed through this office. You can also find information on individual Common Pleas court cases by searching their docket sheets. You may also request your own background check through the Pennsylvania State Police Access site (there is a fee for this service).
Police Forms
Official forms are provided for a variety of applications in the city including solicitation permits, block parties and residential disability parking spaces.
