Warren City Council

"Our mission is to establish a municipal government that will be the most responsive and most responsible to the needs and desires of the people of this municipality, both now and in the future." (City of Warren Charter)
 
Warren City Council is comprised of the Mayor and six Council Members who are each elected to serve a four-year term. The Mayor is the presiding officer and a voting member of City Council; in the Mayor's absence, the Vice-President of Council is the presiding officer. 

Regular meetings of Council are held at 7:00 PM on the third Monday of each month and are conducted in the second floor Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 318 West Third Avenue, Warren, PA.
