A Place to Call Home
Carved out of the landscape by the meeting of the Allegheny River and Conewango Creek, the City of Warren’s tree-lined streets boast homes of varied sizes and architectural designs. Visitors and residents alike can spend evenings and weekends at one of the many restaurants and small businesses, visiting the varied downtown shops, biking the trails, kayaking on the Allegheny River, or watching the sun set over the Allegheny Mountains. The City of Warren is located about 20 miles south of Jamestown, NY; 60 miles southeast of Erie, PA; 90 miles south of Buffalo, NY; and about 140 miles north of Pittsburgh, PA.

The City boasts abundant outdoor recreational opportunities for growing families and outdoor enthusiasts including several parks with playgrounds, the City-owned C.A.R. Pool (Conewango Allegheny River Pool, a skate park, and the Summer Playground Program. In the City of Warren, we strive to make our city a safe place to live and raise a family; Police, Fire, and Emergency Medical Services are on duty 24/7/365. City residents are served by the Warren County School District, which operates the Warren Area Elementary Center, Beaty-Warren Middle School, and the Warren Area High School.
