Codes and Planning Department

The Zoning, Codes, and Economic Development Department of the City of Warren handles:

• Building & Construction Code
• Property Maintenance Code
• Planning & Zoning
• Health & Food Inspection

The Department staff also provides support to various citizen boards such as the Planning Commission, Zoning Hearing Board, Redevelopment Authority, Blighted Property Review Committee, Property Maintenance Code Board of Appeals, and the Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals.
