This property is a vacant lot located on the south side of East Pennsylvania Avenue, between South South Street and South Irvine Street.  The lot is in a C-2 Central Commercial zoning district.  The lot adjacent to this is also owned by the RDA and is available for redevelopment (910 E. Pennsylvania Ave., on the corner of E. Pennsylvania Avenue and South Irvine).

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Warren, County of Warren and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Pennsylvania Avenue East 50 feet from the corner of Irvine Street;
THENCE northwesterly, along said Avenue, 100 feet to a point;
THENCE, at right angles with said Avenue, southwesterly 81 feet 7-1/2 inches to a point;
THENCE southerly, and parallel with Pennsylvania Avenue East, 100 feet to a point;

This property is a vacant lot located on the south side of E Pennsylvania Avenue, at the corner of E Pennsylvania Avenue and South Irvine Street.  It is a vacant lot in a C-2 Central Commercial zoning district.  The lot adjacent to it (908 E Pennsylvania Avenue) is also owned by the RDA and is available for redevelopment.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the City of Warren, County of Warren  and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the intersection of the southerly line of Pennsylvania Avenue East with the westerly line of Irvine Street;
THENCE in a southerly direction, along the westerly line of Irvine Street, 63.3 feet to a point and at the northeasterly corner of land heretofore conveyed to Jorgen and Eleanore Anderson by deed of Martin L. Lawrence;
THENCE westerly, by a line parallel to the southerly line of Pennsylvania Avenue East and along the line of said Anderson's land 48.17 feet;
THENCE in a northerly direction 63.3 feet, be the same more or less, to the southerly line of Pennsylvania Avenue;
