Savannah Casey, Council Member

Mrs. Casey took the Oath of Office on October 20, 2025 and will serve the remainder of the term for a vacated Council seat. She is a lifelong resident of the City of Warren and is Director of Operations for the Warren County Chamber of Busines and Industry (WCCBI) .

Education:  Northern Pennsylvania Regional College, Associate Degree in Business Administration 

Community Activities: Board member of the Salvation Army, Warren Band Boosters, and Warren County Children's Advocacy Center. In addition, she is a member of Zonta and the Women's Club. 

Mrs. Casey enjoys reading, camping, hiking, canoeing, baking, and volunteer work. She and her husband, Ryan, have three children. 

 

Mrs. Casey's term on Council will expire on December 21, 2027.
