Philip "Phil" Gilbert, Jr., Council Member

Mr. Gilbert began his inaugural term as a Council member in January, 2016. He has been a resident of Warren for twenty-six years and is employed as the Director of the Warren County Tax Claim Bureau and is the owner of JP Photography.

Community Activities: Chair of the Warren County Redevelopment Authority, Council Liaison to the City of Warren Redevelopment Authority, President of the Warren Area Student Board, member of the Farmers' Market Board, Co-Founder and President of Innovault CoWork, and  Vice-President of the Tax Claim Bureau Association

Mr. Gilbert enjoys spending time with his teenage son. 

Mr. Gilbert's term on Council will expire on December 31, 2027.
