William "Will" Champlin, Council Member

Mr. Champlin took the Oath of Office and began a four-year term as a member of Warren City Council on January 5, 2026.

Education: Washington University, University of Pittsburgh, and Jamestown Community College

Community Activities: Served on the City of Warren Redevelopment Authority, is a current board member and past Secretary of the Kalbfus and Conewango Clubs, and is a past member of the Trinity Church Finance Committee. 

Mr. Champlin is retired and enjoys tennis, fishing, and hunting. He and his wife, Judy, are the proud parents of three grown sons who live out of state. 

Mr. Champlin's term will expire on December 31, 2029.
