Proposed Zoning Map Amendment - 120 Market Street

Warren City Council will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 318 W. Third Ave., Warren, PA, at 7:00 PM on November 17, 2025. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed ordinance amending the Zoning District Designation of Parcel No. WN-576-763000 (120 Market Street) from the MU Mixed-Use District to the C1 Central Commercial District. The full text of the proposed ordinance and map may be viewed at the Municipal Building or online at www.cityofwarrenpa.gov/ord . Warren City Council may take action regarding the proposed ordinance during its regular meeting immediately following the public hearing.
