Reporting of Vacant Properties

Vacant properties may be reported to the City of Warren Codes Department by phoning 814-723-6300 Ext. 116 or by email to codes@cityofwarrenpa.gov. Please provide the property address and any information to evidence that the property is vacant (e.g. an accumulation of mail/newspapers, unsecured doors/windows, no observed activity on the property for an extended period).
