Skate Park Rules & Regulations

City of Warren Resolution No. 2831 (as amended by Resolution No. 2832) establishes the following Rules and Regulations for the Warren Skate Park.

Helmets and personal protective pquipment are strongly recommended. 

Skate Park users must be nine (9) years of age or over unless accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. 

Only skateboards, bikes, rollerblades, and scooters are permitted.

Hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM when illuminated. If the Skate Park lights are not on for any reason, the Skate Park closing time will be 9:30 PM. The City reserves the right to establish hours for special programs.

The Skate Park is closed if the surface is wet.

Spectators and non-participants must remain outside of the fenced skate area.

Food, drinks, glass containers, and gum are prohibited on the skating surfaces .

No unauthorized equipment or obstacles are to be used. 

This area is a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free zone. 

All acts of vandalism will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Skate and bike equipment must be in good repair. 

All bikes must be registered as required by City Ordinance No. 1561, §103.

Reckless behavior will not be tolerated. 

The City of Warren reserves the right to close the facility for any circumstances deemed necessary. Any infractions of these rules and regulations may result in prosecution and expulsion from the Skate Park.

WARNING

Skateboarding, Skating, Biking, and the use of Scooters are hazardous recreational activities. Use of this facility may result in serious injury. 
The City of Warren does not assume any liability for injuries. 
Use at your own risk.
