LED Traffic Signals

In April of 2007, the City of Warren's traffic signals were retrofitted with LED lamps which consume 80 to 90 percent less energy and last up to six to eight times longer than traditional incandescent lamps, resulting in significant energy and maintenance savings. 

Warren was among the first three municipalities within the State of Pennsylvania to make the conversion to environmentally-friendly LED traffic signals.
