City Government

The City of Warren is a Pennsylvania Third Class City with a Home Rule Charter; as such, it operates under a Council/Manager form of government. Warren City Council is comprised of a Mayor, who serves as President of Council, and six Council members - all of whom are elected at large by the registered voters of the City to serve a term of four years. 


Proposed Ordinance: Vacating a City Right-of-Way

Warren City Council will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 318 W. Third Avenue, Warren, PA, at 7:00 PM on October 16, 2023. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed ordinance providing for the vacation of a City-owned right-of-way which is approximately 20 feet in width and runs in an approximate east-west direction between the westerly cub of Eddy Street and the easterly boundary of Parcel No. 499-5395 (9 Wetmore St.).
