Property Maintenance Board of Appeals

From time to time, individuals may wish to appeal the decision of the Code Official under the City's Property Maintenance Ordinance.  The Property Maintenance Board of Appeals is an independent board of three city residents appointed by City Council.  Property owners may file an appeal within 20 days of receipt of a notice of violation or compliance order for consideration by the Board.
