Health & Food Inspections

The Codes and Planning Department  administers Retail Food Licensing including permanent and temporary facilities (Farmers’ Markets and Food Trucks) on behalf of the  Board of Health.  Inspection results are available online - choose "Warren City" as the jurisdiction.

The forms below may be completed and printed prior to bringing them to the Codes Office in the Municipal Building at 318 W Third Ave, Warren, PA 16365.
