Proposed Zoning Ordinance

The consulting firm of Mackin Engineering and the City's Zoning Steering Committee drafted an updated City of Warren Zoning Ordinance which is reflective of current and anticipated trends. The draft of the ordinance was reviewed by the City Planning Commission and is now presented for public review and comment. The Public Comment period opened on January 18 and will close at the end of the business day on March 4, 2024.

A public hearing will be held prior to Council's consideration regarding adoption of the proposed Zoning Ordinance.
