Right-to-Know

As a local agency under the Pennsylvania Open Records Act (Act 3 of 2008), the City of Warren has established guidelines for the filing of Right-to-Know requests which may be found in Resolution No. 2809.  The City administers its open records office in compliance with the guidelines of the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records which provides information about the Right to Know Act as well as a Citizen's Guide to Open Records and Open Meetings under the Sunshine Act.

All Right to Know Requests are to be addressed to Teena Leary, Open Records Officer, and submitted via one of the following methods: 

1. Mail to Teena Leary, City of Warren, 318 West Third Avenue, Warren, PA 16365
2. Deliver to the City of Warren Municipal Building, 318 West Third Avenue, Warren, PA 16365
